The AI operating system that knows where your files are
Atlas OS is the AI operating system for your company: your own instance in Switzerland, one account per person, connected to Microsoft 365, your file storage and programs such as bexio or smallinvoice. Each person brings their own AI subscription.
Atlas runs today in 19 instances on our platform, some of them at companies in our own group; 12 companies are rolling it out with us right now. Behind Atlas stands EasySystems GmbH in Oensingen, for years the IT partner of several hundred Swiss SMEs.

Six jobs Atlas OS handles day to day
Atlas works inside your systems: inbox, calendar, file storage, accounts. Every job is its own run with a transcript and a result that you can still read days later.
The folder on the server in the basement
Atlas reads what the job needs from SharePoint, Google Drive, ownCloud or the shared folder on your own server. For the server in the building it needs a small program on that machine.

Atlas puts the two PDF versions side by side and lists the differences. It also fills in Word templates, the quote from your figures for instance.
Dictated on site, read in the evening
You send a voice message over Telegram. Atlas turns it into the task or the draft email, and in the evening you read it through.
Monday morning, six o’clock
A routine works overnight on what the week holds: the appointments and the open points, plus the mail left lying. You read it in the morning, before the first appointment starts.
Three runs at once, each with its transcript
Runs keep working in the background, with the browser closed, and several of them at once. Tables and charts appear in the transcript, and the finished files are under “Files”.
Systems connected today: Microsoft 365 (mail, calendar, OneDrive, SharePoint), Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace / Google Drive, ownCloud / Nextcloud, Notion, bexio, smallinvoice, Telegram, Home Assistant and your own server or NAS. What else Atlas can do is on the page Atlas OS features.

Atlas OS pre-sale prices: the place number decides
The places are numbered in sequence. The number of your place sets the tier and never changes again. Every pre-sale discount holds as long as you pay the licence yearly in advance. Where an order reaches past the boundary of a tier, you see the split before you order. Companies and private individuals can order, on the same terms; all amounts are per person, excl. VAT.

Monthly instead of up front
If you would rather not pay a year up front, order Atlas monthly: CHF 190 per person per month, minimum term 12 months, the first month due with the order.
Over 12 months that is CHF 2'280 per person instead of CHF 1'200 on a lifetime place. This model has no pre-sale places and no expansion places.
Order monthlyWhat a place costs in working time
A lifetime place costs CHF 100 per person per month. At a fully loaded hourly rate of CHF 80 that is 1.25 hours a month. Save more than that per person and the licence is paid for.
The AI subscription comes on top and is paid to the provider directly. At the regular price of CHF 200 per month it is 2.5 hours; CHF 80 is a worked example, put your own hourly rate in.

Payment term in the pre-sale: 5 days (differing from clause 11.2 of the GTC). If your payment run needs longer, call us beforehand on 032 343 36 20, and we hold the place. Reserve further places on today’s terms
Where it is still open how many people will work with Atlas, reserve further places on today’s terms. An example: you order 4 places and reserve 2 more. The 4 are your licences. The 2 cost CHF 300 (lifetime) or CHF 360 (first year) once, take their number straight away and keep today’s discount until you call them up.
Call up an expansion place and the fee is credited in full against its first yearly invoice; never call it up and the fee lapses. We set no deadline for calling one up. You can reserve at most half as many places as you order (rounded down), so one from two ordered places. The calculator further down works it out for your number of places.

Set it up yourself or have us do it
The Atlas OS e-learning is included with every order, with access before the roll-out. Setup by us is a one-off charge, excl. VAT.
On first start Atlas asks about your company and keeps the answers as knowledge that you can change at any time, for yourself or company-wide. You file the logo, the Word templates and the guidelines once, and Atlas uses them in its runs.

What happens after the order
Three steps, and the deadlines in them bind both sides.
1. Summary, then invoice
After the form you see a summary with the binding amount; the places stay held for you for 24 hours. Once you click “Order with obligation to pay”, the invoice arrives by email, with a QR invoice and a payment term of 5 days.
2. Contact within 10 days
Within 10 days of your order someone from us gets in touch and sets your project up: which systems get connected, who takes part and what to prepare before the roll-out. That holds whether or not the invoice is already paid.
3. Roll-out in the order of payments
Roll-outs start from mid-October 2026, in the order of the paid orders. You get access to the e-learning before that, with Self-Setup too.
For your IT
The questions your IT asks first
Atlas works inside your systems. Whoever answers for that wants to know first where the instance runs and what the language model gets to see. The long version is on the page Security and data protection at Atlas OS.
Where the instance runs
Atlas OS comes hosted only: one container per company on the EasySystems Marketplace, separated from other customers, operated by EasySystems GmbH in Oensingen. We apply updates once no job is running. Your administrators see accounts, runs and billing, and no content.
Where the content for the AI goes
The instance sits in Switzerland, the language model does not. Each person signs in with their own subscription at Claude, ChatGPT (Codex) or Cursor, and that provider’s language model processes the content, under its contract with that person.
Access to your company network
Access runs only through the small program on your server (the on-prem proxy) and only to the folders you share. The connection goes outbound only: no open port, no VPN. Read access is the default, and write rights are granted by whoever looks after the machine. The program keeps a local log.
Accounts, leavers and your data
Atlas has its own accounts with email and password; sign-in over Microsoft SSO is planned. When someone leaves the company, your administrators block or remove the account by hand, so it belongs in your leaver process. You can demand your data at any time (clause 19 lit. d of our GTC), and we sign a data processing agreement on request (clause 19 lit. c).

Common questions about the Atlas OS pre-sale
Can we see Atlas first?
Yes. Call 032 343 36 20 or book a call back. A demo commits you to nothing and holds no place. Places are allocated in order of payment received.
When is it our turn?
The order follows the payment received. Roll-outs start from mid-October 2026, in that order. We name no fixed date per customer during the pre-sale; within 10 days of your order we set your project up with you.
What do we need for Atlas to run?
One AI subscription per person at Claude, ChatGPT (Codex) or Cursor, and a browser. Then the logins for the systems you want connected. Each person grants those themselves. For folders on your own server there is a small program that only connects outbound.
And if it does nothing for us?
Call before you buy. We go through your systems, and we will say so when Atlas has little to offer you. You can start with a single place that you set up yourself, so a yearly licence without a setup package. There are no refunds.
Is the AI subscription included?
No. Bring your own subscription: each person connects their own account at Claude, ChatGPT (Codex) or Cursor and pays the provider directly. The AI subscription never appears on our invoice; we bill the licence and, where ordered, the setup and the expansion places. The language model runs at that provider, under its contract with that person. Your instance in Switzerland stores accounts, runs and results.
What if our accounts team cannot meet the 5-day payment term?
Call 032 343 36 20 before the term runs out and we hold the place. Without a call the place is released once the term expires, and no claim arises.
Is there a monthly option?
Yes, outside the pre-sale: CHF 190 per person per month (5% below the list price), minimum term 12 months. The first month falls due with the order, monthly from then on. This option takes no pre-sale place and has no expansion places.
What remains after the first year?
A lifetime place keeps its 50% for good, so CHF 1'200 per year. A first-year place keeps 10% permanently from the second year, so CHF 2'160 instead of CHF 2'400. Both hold as long as the licence is paid yearly in advance.
What if my order crosses a tier boundary?
It is split across both tiers. If 10 lifetime places are free and you order 50, you get 10 lifetime and 40 first-year places, and you see that before you order.
Which terms apply?
The purchase is governed by the general terms and conditions of EasySystems GmbH and the privacy policy of the Atlas OS website. You accept both when you order. We sign a data processing agreement on request (clause 19 lit. c of the GTC). If your data protection or security review needs anything beyond that, settle it with us before you order.
